Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mace.gg website and desktop application (“mace”). By using mace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use mace.
Using mace
You may use mace for personal, lawful gaming and networking purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law, or use mace to violate the rules of a game, network, or platform.
Accounts
Signing in to mace uses your Discord account. We store your Discord user identifier, email, and display name to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
To delete your account and associated data, email us at contact@mace.gg.
Software and availability
mace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every system, or a particular performance result. You are responsible for keeping backups and using a supported, secure device.
Updates and changes
The application may receive updates that add, change, or remove features. We may modify or discontinue the website or application at any time. These Terms may also change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using mace at any time.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of mace and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms. To the extent permitted by law, mace.gg is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or issues caused by your device, network, or third-party services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory local law.
